Management Training – Online Management Courses
ur Management training is developed in association with Ibec. Our online management courses offer an 8 Module on-line programme entitled Foundations in Management. The modules cover Leadership and the Role of the Manager, Effective Communication, Influence and Motivation, Handling Grievances, Discipline, Assertiveness, Conflict and Giving Feedback.
The course has many unique features with expert interviews, self-assessment questionnaires, case examples and role plays featuring real scenarios .
On completion of the programme, participants will be able to: Understand different leadership; Communicate effectively with teams and colleagues; Develop and improve key skills to supervise and motivate a team; Learn the essentials of dealing with grievance and disciplinary interviews; Distinguish between aggressive, assertive and passive behaviours and demonstrate ability to deal with it; Give effective feedback to the team and deal confidently with challenging situations.
The course is aimed at Managers and Staff who are new to the role of managing others, or need to update their expertise in this area and who want to develop their personal skills. Spread over eight, 20 minute modules, each delegate receives an IBEC digital certificate of achievement on successful completion of the programme.
